About The Position

The Fraud Support Associate position at FIS Management Services LLC is a customer service role focused on addressing inquiries related to fraud on credit, debit, and prepaid cards. This role is essential in providing support to consumers, clients, and merchants, ensuring that inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. After an initial training period, associates may also mentor less experienced team members. The position is work-from-home eligible after six months of in-office employment, contingent on performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior call center experience; banking experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Address high volume of inbound calls (80-120 per day) from consumers, clients, and merchants.
  • Verify activity on credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using available resources.
  • Document and update fraud databases accurately.
  • Follow up on escalated issues and provide coaching to learn appropriate solutions.
  • Expand overall knowledge of services offered by FIS.
  • Meet standards regarding quality, schedule adherence, and other performance metrics.
