About the position

The Fraud Surveillance Analyst at Fidelity TalentSource plays a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing potential fraudulent activities to protect both the firm and its customers. This position involves working collaboratively within the Fraud Surveillance group to detect, prevent, and respond to incidents that could pose financial risks. The analyst will utilize proprietary fraud systems and business applications to analyze data and communicate findings effectively with management and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor for evidence and signs of customer fraud and unauthorized account access.
• Analyze fraud alerts generated through proprietary and commercial surveillance applications.
• Collaborate with other teams across Fidelity to enhance fraud detection efforts.
• Conduct and coordinate research requests as needed.
• Communicate findings and analysis to management and colleagues.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
• Experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of financial transactions and trading markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making skills to assess situations and take appropriate actions.
