Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to promote free home internet services to eligible individuals and families.
• Manage a team of sales agents, if in a managerial role, to ensure effective outreach and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate services.
• Train and mentor new sales agents to enhance their skills and performance.
• Set personal and team sales goals and work towards achieving them.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License (preferred).
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience as a LifeLine or ACP agent.
