Staying updated on industry trends is essential for innovating and elevating brand visuals, and collaboration with external agencies and vendors will be necessary to achieve project goals. The position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in creative development within the beauty and fashion industries, with a proven track record in managing model and product photo shoots, including all aspects of production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is mandatory. Strong conceptual thinking and design skills must be demonstrated through a robust portfolio, alongside experience in print production and photo retouching. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are also required, as the role demands both independent and collaborative work within a dynamic team environment.
