About the position

In this freelance role as an Associate Creative Director at Syneos Health, you will inspire creativity and lead with clear direction, setting the creative vision and maintaining high creative standards. You will collaborate with the Clinical Creative Team to manage projects focused on developing conceptual ideas for clinical trial programs, primarily in partnership with a Freelance Associate Creative Director/Copy partner.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical trial projects at the Associate Creative Director level.
• Serve as the day-to-day creative lead on specific clinical projects with a focus on art direction and visual design.
• Manage sponsor contracts and project agreements.
• Monitor and manage team activity to ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare experience mandatory.
• 2+ years in a senior management capacity.
• Client-facing experience mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of communicating in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with the clinical trial process.
• Comfortable and flexible with quick turnarounds and last-minute changes.
