About the position

Express Kafeh Inc. is seeking experienced freelance baristas to join their team, primarily for event-based roles in the Los Angeles area. The position involves traveling to various venues to provide high-quality coffee service at corporate and social events, while upholding the company's reputation for excellent customer service and specialty coffee. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in different cities across the US, Canada, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Travel to venues across the LA area for events.
• Produce high-quality coffee and beverages according to company specifications.
• Provide exemplary customer service, being polite, friendly, and accommodating.
• Represent Express Kafeh while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Assist or lead the setup and breakdown of coffee bars at events.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their event needs are met.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of barista experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for driving baristas.
