About the position

The Freelance Brand Ambassador for a Luxury Skin Care Brand will represent the brand at various events and in-store promotions, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. This role is on a freelance, on-call basis, allowing for flexible scheduling while engaging with customers to create memorable experiences with the brand's products.

Responsibilities

• Represent the luxury skin care brand at various events and in-store promotions.
• Provide personalized product demonstrations and consultations to customers.
• Share expert knowledge of the brand's skin care products and their benefits.
• Engage customers to create a memorable and positive brand experience.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance in line with the brand's image.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays.
• Report feedback and insights from customer interactions to the brand team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in skin care and retail is required.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products and beauty industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to work on-call for events and occasional in-store shifts.
• Professional and polished appearance with a passion for luxury beauty.
