About the position

This role involves updating the WordPress website with podcast content, creating graphics using Canva, managing social media accounts, performing basic video editing, and applying SEO principles to optimize content. The position is contract-based with a flexible schedule, allowing the specialist to choose their own hours while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the WordPress website with weekly podcast assets.
• Create visuals using predesigned Canva templates for social media and website content.
• Schedule and manage social media content on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop engaging content that aligns with the company's mission and values.
• Monitor social channels and respond to audience interactions.
• Perform basic video editing using CapCut to enhance viewer engagement.
• Optimize videos for YouTube using basic SEO principles.
• Learn and apply SEO principles to digital content for social media.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to content performance and audience engagement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut).
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn SocialBee, TubeBuddy, and SEO tools.
• Excellent understanding of content marketing, social media, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
