About the position
We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer/Illustrator to create professional-level illustrations and designs for a media company in Plano, TX. The role involves executing various design tasks including storyboarding, brochure layouts, logo designs, and web graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough comps of art and copy layout and related aesthetics for review.
- Execute updates, revisions/additions based on client and team input.
- Prepare final art/layout from approved requests.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and illustration/storyboarding skills.
- Must have own computer equipment and Adobe license for occasional remote work.
- Bachelor's degree in fine art/graphic design preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in graphic design.
