About the position

In this freelance role as a Group Art Supervisor, you will inspire creativity and provide clear direction while supporting the Associate Creative Director. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain the creative vision for assigned brands, manage the day-to-day workload of the creative team, and mentor art directors. This position offers the opportunity to develop visual solutions and participate in strategic planning for healthcare advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Creative Director in maintaining the creative vision for assigned brands.
• Manage the day-to-day workload of the creative team.
• Mentor and develop art directors.
• Develop visual solutions for assigned products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic categories and pharmaceutical marketing requirements.
• Participate in strategic and promotional planning for assigned products.

Requirements

• 5+ years' healthcare advertising experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
