About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team at Fraza Inspection Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to perform detailed measurements and analyses of products.
• Analyze data and documentation related to quality management and quality systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor HACCP principles to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to develop and maintain ISO 13485 compliance within the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Experience with quality management systems and QA/QC processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey inspection results and recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
