About the position

We are seeking a part-time Freelance IT & Development Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to assist with the integration of Dynamics into an eCommerce system that will operate with our Client's Drupal website. The role involves working closely with a front-end developer until the launch of the project, with potential ongoing maintenance responsibilities in the future.

Responsibilities

• Deploy/configure the CHS Dynamics Commerce application.
• Utilize general knowledge of the commerce runtime (CRT).
• Navigate within Dynamics 365 Commerce effectively.
• Work with Lifecycle Services, point of sales (POS), and self-service installer.
• Manage the Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) application.
• Handle Internet Information Services (IIS) and work with server certificates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support roles, focusing on desktop support and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with the specified systems.
