About the position

Golin is looking for a Freelance Manager, of Talent Acquisition, to support our team on a temporary basis. This role will support full cycle recruiting needs, across various teams and for various positions. We need a proactive talent partner, someone who will jump in, source, screen, schedule interviews, pipeline, create and deliver offers, and support our Talent team both at the strategic and tactical level. You will partner with teams to manage talent expectations, providing an exceptional candidate experience, collaborating and communicating with management, hiring, and talent at various levels, to ensure a cohesive and successful hiring process. Agency and advanced recruiting experience is preferred, a passion for recruitment, comfortability moving quickly, flexibility with changing priorities, and a desire to find strong talent, will be essential for success. Please note: We are looking for someone to join us in a Freelance capacity, for up to 3 months.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders including the greater talent team, leadership and hiring managers, to develop a recruiting strategy and deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  • Identify talent dense companies and industry-leading organizations in order to source top tier candidates
  • Manage full life-cycle talent recruitment for several open positions
  • Utilize Greenhouse to manage candidates and track processes
  • Manage multiple roles, partner closely with hiring teams, ensuring consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/AA requirements and assist with the development and implementation of diversity initiatives
  • Work directly with hiring teams to develop an agreed upon interview strategy for assessing and hiring top talent
  • Provide best-in-class candidate experience (from identification to offer to on-boarding)
  • Develop compelling offers and negotiate within salary budgets to deliver successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, agency preferred, ideally having worked on various PR or Advertising roles
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, converting passive candidates to interested candidates
  • A pulse on PR industry activity and recruiting trends
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is preferred)
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles at one time
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stakeholder relationship management and provide strong consultative skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and support various recruiting team initiatives and needs
