About the position

Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business dedicated to providing exceptional real estate photography, videography, aerial imagery, 3D modeling, and floor plans. Our culture emphasizes fun and community service, ensuring that we not only deliver high-quality products but also create a positive experience for our customers and team members. We are currently seeking talented and reliable Media Pros to join our growing team. This position offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and expanded availability for scheduling. Media Pros can capture up to six properties in a day, with each shoot taking between 40 to 90 minutes. As independent contractors, Media Pros are compensated on a per-service basis for various media services, including photos, videos, floor plans, and aerial shots, with additional pay for extended travel. Responsibilities include capturing and uploading media promptly, maintaining professional interactions with clients, and adhering to NDP's standards of quality and professionalism. Training will be provided for all products offered by NDP, and while real estate photography experience is not required, a valid Remote Pilot Certificate and experience in videography are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality media for real estate properties including photography, videography, and aerial shots.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and keep a Google calendar updated with availability.
• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners during shoots.
• Arrive on time consistently for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to ensure high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot and with the Local Owner via email, text, and phone.
• Study and test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation.
• Receive and implement regular feedback and training regarding NDP standards.

Requirements

• Experience in photography (1 year required).
• Experience in videography (1 year preferred).
• Possession of a valid Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107 certification preferred).
• Ability to drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet access.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate photography (not required but preferred).
• Ability to complete product certification for increased earning potential.
