Next Door Photos (NDP) is a small business dedicated to providing exceptional real estate photography, videography, aerial imagery, 3D modeling, and floor plans. Our culture emphasizes fun and community service, and we strive to deliver not only high-quality products but also an outstanding experience for our customers and team members. We are currently seeking talented and reliable Media Pros to join our growing team. This position offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and expanded availability for scheduling. Media Pros can capture up to six properties a day, with each shoot taking between 40 to 90 minutes. As independent contractors, Media Pros are compensated on a per-service basis for various media services, including photos, videos, floor plans, and aerials, with additional pay for extended travel. The role requires capturing and uploading media promptly, while NDP manages the rest of the process. We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified Part 107 drone pilots. While real estate photography experience is not mandatory, all Media Pros will receive comprehensive training on NDP's product offerings. Our goal is to build a close-knit team of media professionals who can quickly respond to the needs of our real estate clients. Candidates must possess the right equipment and demonstrate professionalism in client interactions, punctuality, and adherence to NDP's standards. Media Pros are expected to maintain a flexible schedule, keep an updated Google calendar, and communicate effectively with clients and local owners. Additionally, candidates must be willing to study for and obtain Part 107 certification to operate drones commercially. Regular feedback and training will be provided to ensure adherence to NDP's quality and professionalism standards.
