About the position

OBEO is seeking freelance photographers and drone pilots to specialize in real estate photography. This part-time contract role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn additional income by capturing high-quality images and 3D representations of properties using specific camera equipment.

Responsibilities

• Photograph real estate properties using 3D or 360 cameras.
• Utilize ultra wide angle lenses for capturing images as per specifications.
• Work with clients to understand their photography needs and deliver high-quality results.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for on-site photography sessions.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, particularly in real estate.
• Ownership of a Ricoh Theta z1, Ricoh Theta V, or Matterport Camera.
• Ability to use a crop frame sensor camera with a 10-12mm wide-angle lens or a full frame sensor camera with a 15-17mm wide angle lens.
• Part 107 - Small Unmanned Aircraft License (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with drone piloting and aerial photography.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing and photography standards.
