About the position

Next Door Photos (NDP) is seeking a Freelance Photographer/Videographer/Drone Pilot to join their growing team of Media Pros. This role involves capturing high-quality media for real estate properties, including photography, videography, and aerial shots. The position offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Capture and upload media for real estate properties including photos, videos, and aerial shots.
• Interact professionally with clients and homeowners during shoots.
• Arrive on time consistently for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Maintain an updated Google calendar with availability.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to ensure high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot and with the Local Owner via email, text, and phone.
• Study and test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation.
• Receive regular feedback and training on NDP standards.

Requirements

• Experience in photography and videography (1 year required).
• Valid Part 107 drone certification (required).
• Ability to drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Possess a Digital SLR or mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens, external flash, tripod, and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate photography (not required as training will be provided).
