About the position

Next Door Photos (NDP) is seeking a Freelance Photographer/Videographer/Drone Pilot to join their growing team. This role involves capturing high-quality media for real estate clients, including photography, videography, and aerial shots. The position offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability for scheduling. Media Pros will work as independent contractors, responsible for capturing and uploading media while adhering to NDP's standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Capture and upload media for real estate properties including photos, videos, and aerial shots.
• Interact professionally with clients and homeowners during shoots.
• Arrive on time consistently for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Maintain an updated Google calendar with availability.
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday to various locations.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to provide high-quality products.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot and with the Local Owner via email, text, and phone.
• Study and test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone flying.
• Receive regular feedback and training on NDP standards.

Requirements

• Experience in photography and videography (2 years preferred).
• Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107 certification preferred).
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to various locations.
• Ability to upload media promptly after shoots.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate photography (not required as training will be provided).
