About the position

Next Door Photos (NDP) is seeking a Freelance Photographer/Videographer/Drone Pilot to join their growing team of Media Pros. This role involves capturing high-quality media for real estate properties, including photography, videography, and aerial shots. The position offers flexible hours and the potential for increased earnings through product certification and availability for scheduling. Media Pros will work as independent contractors, responsible for capturing and uploading media while NDP manages the rest of the process.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality media for real estate properties including photos, videos, and aerial shots.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Maintain a Google calendar with up-to-date availability.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot.
• Dress professionally while on the job and interact with clients and homeowners.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to ensure high-quality results.
• Drive to various locations for scheduled shoots.

Requirements

• Experience in photography and videography (1 year required).
• Possession of a valid Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107 certification preferred).
• Ability to arrive on time consistently for scheduled shoots.
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet access.

Nice-to-haves

• Real estate photography experience (not required as training will be provided).
