About the position

Versa Creative is seeking a Junior Videographer to join their award-winning marketing and advertising agency. This role involves working closely with the creative team to produce high-quality video content, while also providing opportunities for learning and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography and video editing, with a keen eye for detail in both capturing footage and the editing process.

Responsibilities

• Work with camera and edit videos, handling technical tasks related to production and post-production.
• Transport, set up, and operate equipment; assist with staging, set preparation, and dressing.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager of Photography and Videography to execute projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Prior experience in school or as a freelance photographer/videographer.
• A portfolio showcasing a broad range of talent, style, storytelling, and technical ability.
• Ability to self-manage and make decisions while maintaining professionalism.
• Comfortable working with both small and large groups of people.
• Equipped to work in a fast-paced environment where creative decisions are made quickly.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment, demonstrating professionalism in client-facing situations.
• Reliable transportation and ownership of personal equipment.
• Knowledge of photography and videography.
