Evolve is seeking skilled amateur or professional freelance real estate photographers to capture images of properties in Bremerton, WA, and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering unedited JPG photos within a specified timeframe, with the company handling image editing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unedited JPG photos that meet the Photoshoot Standards within 2 business days.
• Coordinate and schedule shoots as arranged by Evolve.
• Use provided equipment to capture high-quality images of properties.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate photography or a strong portfolio of similar work.
• Ability to deliver images within the specified timeframe.
• Access to a DSLR camera capable of auto exposure bracketing with a minimum of 5 exposures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with vacation rental properties.
• Familiarity with online rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.
