About the position

Evolve is seeking skilled amateur or professional freelance real estate photographers to capture images of vacation rental properties in Avon Park, FL, and nearby areas. The role involves delivering unedited JPG photos within a specified timeframe, with the company handling all editing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unedited JPG photos that meet Photoshoot Standards within 2 business days.
• Coordinate and schedule shoots as directed by Evolve.
• Use provided guidelines to capture high-quality images of properties.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, preferably with real estate or similar subjects.
• Access to a DSLR camera capable of auto exposure bracketing with a minimum of 5 exposures and 2 full stops per shot.
• Possession of an ultra wide-angle lens (14-16mm for full frame or 10-11mm for crop sensor cameras).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in real estate photography.
• Familiarity with vacation rental properties and their marketing.
