About the position

The Freelance Videographer position at Ambient Vibes Music involves collaborating with artists to create visually compelling music videos and promotional content. This role is contract-based, allowing for flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of artists, translating their music into stunning visuals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with artists to conceptualize and produce visually compelling music videos, live performance recordings, and other promotional content.
• Collaborate with Ambient Vibes Music's production and marketing teams to ensure visual content aligns with the artist's branding and marketing strategies.
• Handle all aspects of video production, including shooting, directing, and editing footage to deliver high-quality final products.
• Provide creative direction and ensure that the final product reflects the artist's vision and music.
• Coordinate with artists and clients to manage production timelines and meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong communication with the team and clients throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer with a diverse portfolio showcasing music-related projects (music videos, live performance footage, artist promotional content, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics that align with various music genres.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with artists and the production team.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide artists through the visual production process.
• Passion for working with a diverse range of artists and fostering an environment that celebrates inclusivity and creativity.
