About the position

The Freelance Videographer at TBNR will be responsible for filming content for the company's main IRL channels, focusing on engaging the audience and driving excitement. This role involves collaborating with directors, managing equipment, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography and a passion for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Film content for our main IRL channels focusing on audience engagement.
• Set up and break down lights and camera gear on set.
• Mic up talent and ensure sound is synced before filming.
• Understand scripts and outlines, filming each scene with maximum retention in mind.
• Work with Directors to create shot lists for each production and shoot day.
• Help film collaborations with other YouTubers and their teams.
• Manage and maintain all camera and lighting equipment.
• Dump and organize footage after shoots to ensure post-production has everything needed.
• Work with Production Coordinator to schedule time for pick up shots and thumbnail photos.
• Participate in YouTube analytics dives to understand video success.
• Engage in regular post-mortem conversations to improve productions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Videography experience
• Deep understanding of the production process
• Knowledge of Sony cameras
• Great communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Well organized
