Toast Weddings is seeking skilled and experienced freelance photographers and videographers to join their collective. The role focuses on capturing wedding moments with artistic integrity and professionalism, while the company handles all editing. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the quality of the final product, working collaboratively with other artists in the collective.

Responsibilities

• Own (or be willing to rent) 2 cameras, 2 lenses (zoom/wide), and a flash for photography.
• Be able to cover a wedding solo while managing all gear.
• Have reliable transportation to/from wedding locations.
• Provide open communication and feedback with the team regarding file sizes and wedding experience details.
• Be able to upload RAWS and keep wedding files for up to one month.
• Maintain a pleasant attitude, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
• Provide two links to current work for review.
• For videographers, own (or be willing to rent) 2 cameras, 2 lenses, and 2 wireless microphones.
• Be able to ship and receive drives for video footage.

Requirements

• Experience as a wedding photographer or videographer.
• Ability to work independently and manage equipment during events.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Experience with both photography and videography.
• Portfolio showcasing wedding work.
