The Freelance Wedding Videographer position involves capturing and producing high-quality video content for weddings and events. The role requires a creative individual with a passion for storytelling through videography, who can work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of weddings and events.
• Edit and produce video content to create a final product that meets client expectations.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and set up properly before events.
• Backup footage locally for a minimum of 6 months after events.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

Requirements

• 1 - 3+ years of wedding and/or event videography experience.
• Experience with 3 - 20+ weddings/events.
• A portfolio of work showcasing videography skills.
• Proficiency in using 1-2 Professional DSLR cameras and 2-3 lenses.
• Ability to use 2-3 lapel microphones effectively.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video editing software.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for videography.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
