About the position

The Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker at Sam's Club plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and availability of fresh food products for members. This position involves ensuring that the freezer, cooler, and deli areas are clean, organized, and stocked with high-quality items, while also providing excellent customer service. Associates will be responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions, managing inventory, and assisting members with their needs, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area according to company policies.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area, including food handling and equipment sanitization.
• Ensure high-quality products are available for members by managing inventory and disposing of lesser-quality items.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service is preferred.
