About the position
The position is responsible for accurately picking finished gift products using an RF scanner in a cold storage environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining productivity, and managing inventory effectively.
Responsibilities
- Pick product using an RF scanner in cold storage pulling the correct SKU and quantity
- Use RF scanner to input data into warehouse management system
- Palletize product and move pallet to staging area using a hand-jack
- Meet or exceed production standards
- Comply with all SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards
- Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance
Requirements
- Some high school education required
- 6+ months experience working in a distribution center desirable
- Basic reading and math skills (counting, matching, adding, subtracting, and multiplying) required
- PC skills or previous inventory scanning equipment experience required
