Responsibilities
- Provide back office assistance to owner operators and small fleet owners.
- Negotiate the best rates for loads on behalf of the operators.
- Preplan routes to ensure efficient operation of motor vehicles.
- Handle all paperwork, including rate confirmations and carrier packets.
- Search and book loads for the operators.
- Manage all communications with brokers to ensure timely payments.
Requirements
- Must have 6 months of active authority.
- Must possess an MC Number and USDOT.
- Required documentation includes W-9 Form, Factoring Notice of Assignment Form, and Certificate of Insurance (COI).
