About The Position
The Freight Processing Lead is responsible for leading the freight team in a retail environment, focusing on the preparation and execution of merchandising tasks, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining backroom organization. This role involves direct collaboration with the freight team and store leadership to ensure that merchandising goals are met and that store presentation standards are upheld. The Freight Processing Lead also serves as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
