About The Position
The Freight Processing Lead is responsible for leading the freight team in a retail environment, focusing on the preparation and execution of merchandising tasks, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining backroom organization. This role involves working closely with the freight team while ensuring accountability for productivity metrics and presentation standards. The Freight Processing Lead also serves as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store associates and ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
