As an Independent Contractor, you will receive comprehensive training and support while earning a competitive commission on sales. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and the potential for unlimited earnings through a 40% commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Expand current opportunities and develop new business through active client engagement and strategic agent partnerships.
• Maintain up-to-date client profiles and actively manage client relationships.
• Present GLC Services as solutions to client supply chain needs, selling the full suite of offerings (International Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Domestic Transit, Warehousing, Distribution, etc.).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while engaging in the full sales cycle from initial contact to ongoing client management.
• Engage in the full sales cycle from Initial Contact, to Discovery, to Rate Sourcing/Quoting, to Systemic Set-Up, and ongoing follow up to develop a book of business.
• Work seamlessly with operations, pricing, and accounting teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM effectively as a sales tool and stay abreast of industry changes/initiatives.
