About the position

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly line or sub-assembly line to produce and assemble products.
• Fill, weigh, and pack each product while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assist with duties in all lines of the production department.
• Verify that all containers contain the same weight of product.
• Communicate and work efficiently and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
• Be flexible and willing to work a multitude of production duties, which may vary from day to day.
• Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and perform tasks requiring measuring and math skills.
• Train in company policies and safety standards in food production.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a food industry company or related field.
• Ability to understand and carry out assigned projects.
• Leadership skills in executing tasks and working in groups.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to understand and implement allocated addresses for project execution.
• Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work late as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous production work experience is a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
