About the position

The Fresh Food Manager at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is responsible for promoting sales and managing the overall operations of the deli department. This role involves working closely with food services while also assisting with retail operations, ensuring that the team focuses on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution.
• Manage overall operations of the deli department.
• Ensure team members are well-trained to deliver world-class service.
• Assist with retail operations within the location.
• Listen to customer feedback and adjust operations accordingly.

Requirements

• 2 or more years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
• 2 or more years' experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
