About the position

The Frick Aftermarket Parts Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the Oil & Gas segment by developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners. This role focuses on achieving sales objectives, enhancing customer experience, and representing the Frick Aftermarket Parts business as a subject matter expert. The position requires a strong emphasis on ethical business practices and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Grow JCI Frick Aftermarket Parts sales volume and achieve annual operating sales plans.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize revenues through account penetration.
  • Find, generate, and develop new channel partners while retaining current customers.
  • Represent the Frick Aftermarket Parts business and manage channel conflicts.
  • Deliver parts revenue and margin plans for assigned channel accounts.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with key channel personnel and executives.
  • Participate in industry associations and trade shows to promote products.
  • Work with the Product Distribution NA equipment Account Management Team to achieve objectives.
  • Provide feedback for product enhancements and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Assist channel partners in selling and promoting aftermarket parts offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent sales and technical experience.
  • Minimum of six years of progressive, direct sales experience, preferably in Refrigeration or the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Refrigeration or Chemical and Petroleum Processing systems is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in making presentations.
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%.
