Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's overall performance.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across all categories to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
  • Establish personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture in the store.
  • Initiate business-driving events in collaboration with Store Management.
  • Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to customers and the sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide client feedback to management to enhance service and sales.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
  • Elevated sense of personal style.
