The Front/Back Office Patient Liaison at CA Chiropractic Natural Care Center is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a busy medical office environment. The position involves greeting patients, managing phone communications, and assisting with various clerical duties to ensure smooth operations within the clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and committed to enhancing patients' quality of life through effective healthcare support.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients as they walk in and checking them in and out of the system.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Transferring calls and taking messages accordingly.
- Entering patient information in the EMR system.
- Assisting administrative and managerial staff with a variety of clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must have experience in a high-volume medical practice.
- Medical front desk experience required.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliances.
- Ability to work full time hours, including some evenings and one Saturday per month.
- Must have reliable transportation.
