Responsibilities

• Tend to all front counter sales and walk-in customers.
• Generate floor sales and educate customers on safety products and services.
• Maintain strong social media presence on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Keep the storefront fully stocked and well organized.
• Balance cash register daily and manage daily cash sales for cash drop.
• Fill out customer order forms and follow up on customer orders.
• Answer all store and office phone calls, taking messages and relaying them to management as needed.
• Receive daily shipments and deliveries, checking order quantities against vendor packing slips.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and maintain stock levels.
• Check inventory levels weekly and ensure the storefront is clean and stocked daily.
• Follow up with customers on will-call orders ready for pickup/payment.
• Send received shipment updates to management and keep the receiving bay and storerooms organized.
• Inspect and tag fire extinguishers received from customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Strong inside sales experience required.
• Strong social media skills required.
