About the position

The Front Desk Bartender at Airborne Extreme Social Bowl is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a variety of beverages in a fast-paced bowling alley environment. This part-time role involves engaging with customers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while collaborating with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Familiarity with brewing methods, beer styles, and wine selection
• Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
