  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively.
  • Proven experience in customer service; prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and night audit procedures.
