About the position
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while maximizing revenue and occupancy. This part-time position requires working evening shifts and includes responsibilities such as auditing processes, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest requests, problems, and complaints at the front desk or through reservations.
- Ensure prompt delivery of packages, mail, and messages as needed to guests.
- Set up and manage breakfast program, as well as other front office operations.
- Be familiar with and follow emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a night auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Property Management Systems.
