Responsibilities

• Ensure proper delivery of owner and guest services through effective communication while exhibiting the spirit of Aloha.
• Answer incoming telephone calls regarding reservations and general requests using proper telephone etiquette.
• Check in and check out guests upon arrival and departure from the resort.
• Work under pressure with constant changes and customer service demands in a small, sometimes noisy environment.
• Utilize computers effectively for various tasks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of computers and proper telephone etiquette.
• Typing skills and math problem-solving knowledge.
• Customer service experience with the ability to work well with people.
• Flexibility and dependability in work schedule.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous Front Office or Reservation experience recommended.
• Hotel experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• Customer service experience of at least 2 years preferred.
