About the position

The Front Desk Agent at Marriott's Fairway Villas plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to guests and owners, ensuring memorable vacation experiences. This part-time position involves checking guests into their accommodations, addressing inquiries, and facilitating a welcoming environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to company standards, and the ability to handle various guest requests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, and local activities.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys and vending areas.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department as needed.
• Assist with bellman and runner duties as required.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
