We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
• Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is an advantage.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
• Strong knowledge of phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
