Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding guests' expectations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues via in-person interactions, messaging, email, and telephone calls.
• Manage check-ins by greeting guests and providing tours and detailed information about the property.
• Manage check-outs by inquiring about guests' stays, processing check-outs, and communicating pending details to management.
• Ensure a clean and organized workplace at all times.
• Make property rounds to engage positively with guests.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• No prior hotel experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Must be a helpful, friendly, and responsible person.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly encouraged.
