About the position

We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedure.
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
• Provide information about the RV park amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Operate phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that lots are ready for guests.
• Uphold policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Light cleaning duties are due by the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in using phone systems with a professional phone etiquette.
