About the position

The Front Desk Associate at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with members. This position serves as the first point of contact for both current and prospective members, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The role includes responsibilities such as managing front desk operations, presenting membership options, and maintaining facility cleanliness while also allowing for personal fitness opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and build a strong sense of community at the Burn location.
  • Work the front desk for camps and execute an elite client experience, while performing tasks related to upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility.
  • Present membership options and sell memberships to potential members visiting Burn Boot Camp.
  • Execute client follow-up leveraging the CRM system.
  • Learn the names of members and welcome them to the gym.
  • Prepare and communicate daily goals for the team, including prepping trainers for first-time visitors.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage Mindbody (point of sale system) responsibilities including data integrity related to contracts and member account info, new retail SKU entry, updated billing information, and inventory management.
  • Remerchandise the retail center based on direction set forward.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within Burn standards for any client issues.
  • Capture content for social media.
  • Upsell secondary revenue items such as Burn Nutrition and retail products.
  • Collaborate with team and franchise partners to execute new initiatives at the gym.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Typing skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
  • Ability to learn and navigate software systems
  • Strong understanding of social media
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
