About the position
Join our team as a Member Experience Associate for the opening shift (4:45 am start M-F) and be the face of our gym! You will be responsible for creating a positive, welcoming environment for our members.
Responsibilities
- Open the facility and ensure everything is ready for members
- Greet and check in members with a smile
- Provide top-tier customer service and support
- Handle phone calls, questions, and member inquiries
- Keep the front area clean, organized, and energized
- Assist with light administrative tasks and product sales
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual – showing up early is your thing
- Friendly and approachable with great communication skills
- Energetic and motivated by a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Interest in fitness a big plus!
