About the position

StretchLab Park City is seeking a high-energy, passionate, and sales-motivated individual to join as a Front Desk Associate/Sales Associate. This role focuses on assisting the General Manager with new membership sales, engaging with clients, and promoting the studio's services. The ideal candidate should have a fitness mindset and a love for the community, contributing to the studio's mission of empowering clients to 'Live Long' through one-on-one assisted stretching.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro classes.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow up with leads and missed intro classes.
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club if needed.
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
• Manage Social Media.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and stretch and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
• Must have proficient computer skills.

• Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
