We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. This role involves performing front desk duties and taking on various responsibilities around the hotel to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently.
Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Assist with clerical tasks and data entry.
Perform various duties beyond the front desk as needed.
Assist with housekeeping coordination and room inspections.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality strongly recommended.
Ability to learn the hotel software.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
